Pick Up Procedure

Picking up your Detour Campervan could not be easier.

Ahead of you picking up your campervan, one of the Detour team will email you and request that you fill in a driver form. We request that you return the completed form along with a copy of your driving license. At this stage we will will discuss where and when you will pick up your campervan.

On the day of collection, after introducing you to your campervan, one of the Detour team will take you through your rental agreement. If you want to take a sneek peak at the rental agreement before you get here, please do. Feel free to ask us any questions.

Once that’s done we will take you through a demo of the campervan, we will go through the ins and outs of making the most of your campervan trip.

Then you are ready to get on your way and the rest is up to you. We have heaps of useful info on campgrounds, suggested itineraries and local knowledge in the Your Trip! section of the site.
